Most membership questions
can be addressed in this FAQ section. If you have further
questions, please send us a note through our web

I lost my user name or password.
I would like to change my user
name and/or password.
I am not able to access all the
links.
I lost my user name or password.
If you loose your user name or password you may request that a copy be
sent to your email address. Click the "Login" link that is located
at the top of every page. Look for the form at the bottom of the
Login page that says "Lost Password?" Enter your email address or
user name into the form and you will be sent the necessary information.
I would like to change my user
name and/or password.
To change your user name and/or
password, click the "My Account" link located at the top of every page
and log into your account. If you have lost your password or user
name please see the answer to the previous question. Once you are
logged into your account page look to the right for the section titled
"Useful Links". In this section you will see a link to "change
password/edit profile. Click that link to access the page that
contains your account profile information. Under Edit Profile you
will be able to change your user name, password, email address and other
profile information. You may change this information as often as
you wish. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to
date so that we have your current contact information should we need to
contact you about your account.

Links to different areas of our web
site are available to different levels of membership. Silver
Members (free) have access to the Silver area of our forums in addition
to the public access area of the article library. Gold Members
(paid) have access to all the Silver Member areas as well as all the
other areas of our membership site.
